About the Role

AR Digital Technology Pvt. Ltd. is a growing digital marketing and technology company specializing in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, Branding, Performance Marketing, AI Automation, and Business Growth Solutions.

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to manage digital marketing strategies, client campaigns, team coordination, and performance growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies based on business goals and KPIs.
- Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Lead SEO strategies including On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and Performance SEO.
- Manage lead generation, PPC, social media, and performance marketing campaigns.
- Monitor and improve CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, ROAS, ROI, traffic, and rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
- Monitor website and campaign performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and GTM.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content writers, graphic designers, video editors, developers, SEO specialists, and sales teams.
- Manage multiple client accounts and projects.
- Guide junior team members and review campaign performance.
- Communicate with clients regarding strategy, performance, and campaign requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Robust practical knowledge of:

- Google Search Console
- Google Tag Manager
- Conversion Tracking
- Experience with tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Keyword Planner, Looker Studio, and WordPress is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and client-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Agency/client account experience will be an advantage.

Additional Advantage: Local SEO & GBP, CRO, marketing automation, CRM, e-commerce marketing, Google Ads/Meta certifications, and AI-powered marketing tools.
