About the Role

UNIKraft Techno LLP is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage and strengthen our digital presence and B2B marketing activities.

Candidates with experience in industrial automation, engineering, machinery, manufacturing, robotics or other B2B technical industries will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence, including regular posts, content planning and engagement.
- Build relevant professional connections with key customers, decision-makers and industry professionals.
- Manage the company's YouTube channel, including video uploads, titles, descriptions and content planning.
- Manage and coordinate company website development, updates and content with the web developer.
- Prepare SEO-friendly blogs, articles and customer/project case studies.
- Convert technical project information into engaging digital marketing content.
- Maintain a regular digital marketing content calendar across LinkedIn, website and YouTube.
- Keep company PPTs, presentations, brochures and digital marketing material updated with the latest projects and company information.
- Support SEO, Google Business Profile, website traffic and online visibility initiatives.
- Research competitors, industry trends, keywords and new digital marketing opportunities.
- Support B2B lead generation through digital channels.
- Track digital marketing performance and prepare basic monthly reports.




- Coordinate with Sales and Engineering teams to collect information, images, videos and project details for marketing content.

Required Skills

- 2–3 years of hands-on Digital Marketing experience.
- Solid knowledge of LinkedIn & B2B social media marketing.
- Good content writing, blog and case-study writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Experience with website/CMS management.
- YouTube management and basic video/content optimization.
- Good PowerPoint and MS Office skills.
- Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage.
- Good English communication and writing skills.
- Creative, proactive and able to work independently.

Preferred Industry Experience Preference will be given to candidates from:

Industrial Automation | Machinery | Engineering | Manufacturing | Robotics | SPM | Welding Automation | Industrial Equipment | B2B Technical Products

Preferred Candidate The ideal candidate should be a hands-on digital marketer, not just a social media executive, with the ability to understand technical products/projects and convert them into effective LinkedIn posts, website content, blogs, case studies and YouTube content.

Relevant portfolio/work samples will be an advantage.
