Role Overview: The role will be responsible for driving the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple agencies, vendors and internal stakeholders in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, ensuring timely delivery within approved budgets.
- Manage campaign timelines, approvals and end-to-end execution.
- Coordinate with internal teams, creative agencies, media partners and vendors.
- Oversee the production of brochures, presentations, videos, merchandise, branding and other marketing collaterals.
- Coordinate website updates, emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, landing pages and social media initiatives.
- Manage vendors for printing, fabrication, branding, gifting and events.
- Track marketing budgets, process purchase orders, reconcile invoices and coordinate vendor payments.
- Ensure consistency of the Tribeca brand across all marketing communications and touchpoints.
- Maintain campaign reports, performance metrics,



marketing archives and documentation.
- Support event planning and execution, including vendor coordination and on-ground requirements.

Candidate Profile:

- 48 years of experience in marketing execution, preferably within real estate, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle or premium brands.
- Strong campaign coordination and project management skills.
- Experience in agency, vendor and event management.
- Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, CRM coordination and marketing communications.
- Strong understanding of sales collateral, production and branding requirements.
- Good understanding of marketing budgets, invoices and vendor management.
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

AI Skills Preferred: Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude or Perplexity to improve marketing productivity, content creation, copywriting, campaign planning and research will be an advantage.
