3-Year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Key Responsibilities

Support service operations and technical activities at the dealership.

Diagnose and assist in resolving vehicle-related technical issues.

Coordinate with service technicians and the dealership service team.





Conduct technical inspections and ensure proper service procedures are followed.

Support warranty-related technical processes and documentation.

Monitor service quality and assist in resolving technical complaints.

Coordinate with the manufacturer/service team whenever technical support is required.

Maintain proper technical records and reports.

Ensure compliance with Bajaj service standards and procedures.
