We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer with strong experience in data transformation, orchestration, and ETL/ELT development. The candidate will be responsible for building and managing data pipelines from multiple source systems to Data Lake and Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) environments. The role requires expertise in ODI 12C, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and handling structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data.
Key Responsibilities
Understand and work with data models and database structures
Develop and manage ETL/ELT pipelines using ODI 12C
Create data replication jobs from source systems to EDW/Data Lake
Perform data transformation using ODI and Oracle PL/SQL
Write SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions for data processing and extraction
Ensure data quality, consistency, and timely delivery of assigned tasks
Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured datasets
Handle replication across multiple heterogeneous data sources
Collaborate with Business Analysts and delivery teams to understand business requirements
Support automation and scheduling of daily data processes
Required Skills & Expertise
Robust hands-on experience with ODI 12C
Good knowledge of Oracle SQL and PL/SQL
Experience in Data Transformation and Data Orchestration
Experience working with data from multiple databases/sources
Understanding of dimensional data modeling (Facts & Dimensions)
Knowledge of Data Warehouse concepts and ETL best practices
Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud environments is an added advantage
Experience working with S3/Blob storage is preferred
Educational Qualification
Any Graduate or above
