- Handle customer interactions across Voice, Chat, and Email.

- Troubleshoot Google Ads issues, including campaign setup, billing, ad disapprovals, and conversion tracking.

- Deliver first-call resolution through effective problem-solving and case analysis.

- Review historical case data to identify root causes and provide accurate solutions.

- Use AI-assisted tools to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

- Maintain process adherence, documentation, follow-ups, and case management.

- Drive high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support.
