Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, support franchise partners, and ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and within the defined TAT.
- Coordinate with franchise stores for order updates and issue resolution.
- Track customer complaints until closure and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending orders and feedback.
- Handle escalations and coordinate with operations when required.
- Assist customers with pickup & delivery scheduling if coming at central level.
- Maintain high standards of communication and service quality.
- Support franchise partners with operational queries related to customer orders.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).
- Strong customer handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM software).
15.Valuable typing speed and WhatsApp communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Call Centre, or a similar role.
Experience in the service industry is an added advantage.
