Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Customer Care Representative to handle customer queries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate should have positive communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle customers patiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, email, chat, or other communication channels.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow company processes, policies, and service standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory resolution.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer service targets.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during customer interactions.





Requirements
- Graduate / 12th pass depending on role requirements.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication.
- Customer-oriented approach with good listening skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with CRM/software systems.
- Ability to handle pressure and difficult customer situations.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Patience and empathy while dealing with customers.
- Ability to multitask.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if applicable.
