nWe are hiring for the HP North America Voice Customer Service Process. The role involves assisting customers with service-related queries and providing technical troubleshooting support for HP systems through voice interactions.

nn Eligibility Criteria:-

- HSC or Graduate candidates are eligible.
n
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is required.
n
- Candidates should possess excellent communication skills at C1 or C2 level.
n
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a 24x7 rotational shift setting.
n

n Work Schedule:-

- 5 days working
n
- 2 rotational week-offs
n
- 24x7 rotational shifts
n

n Compensation:-
