nSkyWaltz Balloon Safari is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Executive who can manage both customer interactions and on-ground operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with both Indian and international guests, coordinating balloon flight operations, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
nThe role requires flexibility to work from the office, on the ground during flight operations, and remotely whenever required.
nKey Responsibilities
nCommunicate confidently with both domestic and international guests in English and Hindi.
nWelcome and assist guests during balloon flight operations.
nEnsure a smooth and memorable guest experience from arrival to departure.
nCoordinate with pilots, drivers, and the ground operations team for seamless daily operations.
nHandle on-ground activities and assist in managing flight operations efficiently.
nMonitor and maintain high standards of customer service and overall service quality.
nResolve guest concerns professionally and ensure complete customer satisfaction.
nBe available to work on-site as well as remotely whenever operational requirements demand.
nRequirements
nGraduate in any discipline (Tourism/Hospitality preferred).
nExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
nConfident in interacting with international clients.
nStrong customer service and problem-solving skills.
nAbility to manage guests and coordinate ground operations.
nBasic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Google Workspace).
