We are looking for a Customer & Platform Support Executive to handle queries and provide support to employers, recruiters, and job seekers using our recruitment platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle employer and candidate queries through calls, email, chat, and tickets.

- Resolve platform, login, registration, profile, job posting, and application-related issues.

- Guide users on platform features and services.

- Coordinate with the technical/development team for technical issues.

- Follow up with users and ensure timely issue resolution.

- Maintain proper records of queries and complaints.

Required Skills

- Good verbal and written communication.

- Basic technical troubleshooting knowledge.

- Robust problem-solving and customer-handling skills.

- Good knowledge of web-based platforms and MS Excel.

- Ability to handle multiple queries and provide timely solutions.

- Experience in customer support, recruitment portals, ATS, or SaaS platforms will be an advantage.
