This role involves client communication, issue resolution, coordination, and maintaining service excellence at all stages of travel. /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during their travel

- Proactively engage with customers to ensure expectations are met
/n
- Identify, address, and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
/n
- Provide accurate destination information and relevant recommendations
/n
- Handle emergency situations with professionalism and prompt action
/n
- Monitor customer feedback and drive improvements in satisfaction
/n
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of travel plans
/n
- Support travel logistics including transport, accommodation, and activities
