Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries professionally through available communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information about services and processes.
- Record customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-up activities accurately in CRM or internal systems.
- Resolve routine customer concerns and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
- Follow up with customers on pending enquiries, requests, and service issues.
