We are building and scaling our creator-affiliate programme and are looking for someone to help expand our network of high-quality creators and drive performance through ongoing partnerships.

About the Role

We are looking for a Creator & Affiliate Partnerships Executive to grow and manage our creator-affiliate network, primarily across Instagram. You will use LoudCrowd to discover and identify relevant creators, manage affiliate recruitment, track creator activity, and support the growth of the programme. The role involves targeted outreach, relationship management, creator onboarding, community engagement, and driving creator activation, posting activity, and sales.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys creator outreach, relationship building, community management, and working with performance data.

Key Responsibilities

- Use LoudCrowd to discover, research, and identify high-potential Instagram creators and affiliates.
- Use LoudCrowd discovery and lookalike functionality to find creators similar to top-performing affiliates.
- Identify creators across wellness, fitness, lifestyle, health, and related content categories, with a focus on nano and micro creators under 50K followers.
- Conduct targeted creator outreach, manage responses, and follow up consistently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators throughout their journey.
- Support the onboarding and activation of new affiliates.
- Manage ongoing communication with the existing creator and affiliate community.
- Plan and send community communications including product drops, campaign briefs, launch calls, and announcements.




- Encourage creators to post consistently and participate in campaigns.
- Drive creator activation, first posts, first sales, order volume, and revenue through the programme.
- Maintain an accurate recruitment pipeline and track outreach, activation, and conversion.
- Monitor creator and affiliate performance through LoudCrowd and other reporting tools.
- Prepare regular reports on recruitment, activation, engagement, and programme performance.
- Work closely with the Acquisition Lead and wider marketing team to improve creator recruitment and affiliate performance.

Preferred Skills & Experience

- Previous experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, creator outreach, partnerships, PR, or community management.

Experience working with a DTC, e-commerce, wellness, lifestyle, or consumer brand is preferred.

- Hands-on experience with LoudCrowd or a similar creator/affiliate platform is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and creator-led marketing.
- Comfortable working with performance data, metrics, and reporting.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
- Confident initiating conversations with creators and following up consistently.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Ability to write engaging communications while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Comfortable using AI and automation tools to support outreach and community management.
