About the Role

Full Power Media Pvt Ltd is hiring a Creator Partnerships & Influencer Growth Manager to build and scale our creator-led acquisition channel. You'll own the full creator partnership cycle — discovery, outreach, commercial negotiation, campaign execution, and performance tracking — turning influencer relationships into a measurable growth engine, not just a stream of sponsored posts.

Who You'll Partner With

- Coaches, consultants, and educators/knowledge creators
- Business, entrepreneurship, and marketing/social media creators
- AI/tech and personal branding creators
- Finance, career, and professional growth creators
- Prioritized by audience-product fit, not follower count

What You'll Do
- Identify and research high-potential creators — niche, audience quality, engagement, past brand fit
- Build relationships directly with creators, managers, and agencies through outreach and follow-up
- Negotiate mandates: fixed-fee, affiliate, revenue-share, ambassador, or hybrid structures
- Brief creators clearly on positioning, objectives, and deliverables; coordinate execution across Reels, Shorts, YouTube, posts, and live sessions
- Track performance — leads, conversions, CAC, ROI/ROAS — and double down on what actually works




- Build and manage the affiliate/ambassador pipeline for repeat, long-term partnerships
- Maintain a clean, complete creator CRM so no relationship or follow-up is lost

What We're Looking For
- 3–6 years in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, or brand partnerships
- Robust grasp of the Indian creator ecosystem
- Proven, direct negotiation experience with creators/managers/agencies
- Bonus: experience in SaaS, consumer tech, creator-tech, D2C, or digital products
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup, building the playbook from scratch

Preferred Experience
- Experience with social media posting/scheduling or PR-based influencer outreach
- Ability to evaluate creators based on audience-product fit rather than follower count
- Ability to negotiate commercial partnerships independently and work effectively with agencies
- Focus on conversions, performance, and ROI along with views and engagement
