Role Description The Creative Art Director is a full time, on-site role based in Goregaon, responsible for leading visual and creative direction across campaigns tailored to Tier 2/3 and rural audiences. The role involves developing compelling concepts, overseeing the design and execution of graphics and layouts, and ensuring brand consistency across digital, print, and integrated communication.

Director will collaborate closely with copywriters, strategists, account managers,



and production teams to translate insights into effective, culturally resonant creative solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding the art team, reviewing and refining creative work, presenting ideas to clients, and aligning output with campaign objectives and timelines. The role also requires staying informed about design trends, rural consumer behavior, and emerging media formats to continually elevate the quality and impact of the agency’s work.

Qualifications

- Strong Creative Direction and Art Direction skills to lead visual narratives and guide design teams.
- Branding and Creative Strategy expertise to shape brand identities and develop integrated campaign concepts.
- Proficiency in Graphics and visual design tools to supervise high-quality layouts, digital assets, and print creatives.
- Demonstrated experience in advertising or digital agencies, preferably with exposure to Tier 2/3 and rural markets.
- Ability to interpret consumer insights and translate them into culturally relevant visual communication.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse campaigns, strong art direction, and impactful brand work.
- Relevant academic background in Fine Arts, Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
