Role & responsibilities The opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Conga CPQ/ RLP Solution Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, architectural integrity, and quality of CPQ and Digital Commerce solutions (Conga CPQ, Salesforce, and Conga Digital Commerce) and their integrations delivered to the business. The role ensures that CPQ and eCommerce solutions provide the required functionality, support endtoend sales processes (LeadtoOrder / QuotetoCash), and meet business and architectural standards.

The Solution

Architect collaborates closely with project teams and contributes to both project delivery and service operations optimization. The role is accountable for managing workstream interdependencies, particularly across sales, pricing, configuration, and order processes.

How youll make an impact:

- Defines the CPQ and Digital Commerce technical solution and ensures alignment with Salesforce, backend systems (e.g. ERP), and other integrated applications through close collaboration with other solution architects.
- Engages in requirements engineering to determine which business requirements are met by standard Conga CPQ / Digital Commerce / Salesforce capabilities, which require configuration or customization, and where workarounds are acceptable.
- Supports validation and prioritization of incoming business demand in collaboration with Product Owners, business functions, CPQ functional consultants, and thirdparty partners.
- Translates functional designs into detailed functional and technical specifications; reviews and signs off on functional and technical usecase documentation.
- Communicates technical specifications clearly to development teams (Salesforce, CPQ, integrations).
- Participates in unit testing and supports UAT testing and defect resolution, especially around product configuration, pricing, approvals, and sales workflows.
- Defines rules, principles, and architectural guidelines for the development of CPQ and Digital Commerce solutions.




- Determines nonfunctional requirements (performance, scalability, availability, security) and ensures they are considered in solution design and operations.
- Keeps knowledge up to date on CPQ, Salesforce, and Digital Commerce technologies and industry best practices, bringing learnings into the Center of Excellence.
- Collaborates with users during projects and problem management to maintain, evolve, and deploy effective and costeffective sales and commerce solutions.
- Works with other streams (ERP, Finance, Order Management, Integration) to assess crossstream impacts and deliver an optimized enduser solution.
- Ensures that solution documentation and training materials are created, maintained, and kept up to date.
- Consults and advises on the introduction of new CPQ/Digital Commerce solutions or changes to existing implementations.
- Works closely with users to understand current sales processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of CPQ and Digital Commerce processes within the area of responsibility.
- Provides functional guidance to the CPQ/Salesforce technology teams on implemented solutions and User Story execution.
- In collaboration with the Enterprise Architect, ensures adherence to solution and servicerelated architectural standards.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your Background:

- Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in CPQ and enterprise application architecture.
- Expertise in CPQ platforms such as Conga CPQ, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, and SAP CPQ.
- Proven experience working in an Architect role, designing and delivering CPQ solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical requirements, solution designs, and integration specifications to cross-functional development teams.
