About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented CSR Executive who can contribute to the organization not only by coordinating CSR activities but also by developing CSR business opportunities and partnerships.

The ideal candidate should have strong skills in CSR sales, marketing, business development, donor acquisition, corporate outreach, and stakeholder management. The person will be responsible for identifying potential CSR donors/funding organizations as well as identifying genuine beneficiaries/end users and connecting both sides to create meaningful CSR opportunities.

The role requires someone who can generate leads, approach corporates and CSR foundations, understand their CSR requirements, develop suitable proposals, coordinate with beneficiaries, and convert opportunities into successful CSR projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. CSR Business Development & Sales

- Identify and develop new CSR funding and business opportunities.
- Research and approach companies, CSR foundations, trusts, NGOs, and other potential CSR donors.
- Generate and maintain a pipeline of potential CSR partners.
- Conduct corporate outreach through calls, emails, meetings, networking, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
- Understand the CSR priorities, budgets, and requirements of potential donors.
- Present Gulmohar Health Care's CSR capabilities, projects, and healthcare solutions to prospective partners.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, concept notes, quotations, and other documents as required.
- Follow up with prospective donors and convert leads into CSR partnerships/projects.
- Maintain regular communication and strong relationships with CSR decision-makers and corporate representatives.

- Beneficiary / End-User Identification




- Identify genuine healthcare needs and potential beneficiaries/end users.
- Coordinate with hospitals, healthcare institutions, NGOs, charitable organizations, government institutions, and communities to identify requirements.
- Understand the actual requirements of beneficiaries before proposing CSR interventions.
- Develop a database of potential beneficiaries and CSR project opportunities.
- Connect suitable CSR donors with relevant beneficiaries based on their requirements and CSR objectives.

- CSR Project Development

- Develop CSR project concepts based on the requirements of both donors and beneficiaries.
- Coordinate with internal teams to design feasible healthcare-related CSR projects.
- Assist in preparing project budgets, timelines, implementation plans, and expected outcomes.
- Ensure that proposed projects are aligned with the donor's CSR objectives and organizational capabilities.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders from project initiation to completion.

- Client & Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate CSR teams, NGOs, hospitals, government bodies, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential CSR partners and beneficiaries.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide timely updates.
- Act as a bridge between CSR donors and project beneficiaries.




- Ensure qualified communication and smooth coordination among all stakeholders.

- CSR Marketing & Outreach

- Promote the organization's CSR initiatives and healthcare-related CSR solutions.
- Identify relevant CSR events, conferences, networking opportunities, and forums.
- Develop corporate outreach strategies for CSR partnerships.
- Utilize LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, references, and other channels for lead generation.
- Support the development of CSR marketing materials, presentations, case studies, and success stories.

- Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain proper records of CSR leads, donors, beneficiaries, proposals, meetings, and projects.
- Prepare regular MIS and pipeline reports for management.
- Maintain documentation related to CSR projects and partnerships.
- Coordinate for project reports, utilization documents, photographs, impact reports, and other required documentation.
- Track project progress and ensure timely submission of reports to relevant stakeholders.

- Market Research

- Research current CSR trends, corporate CSR priorities, healthcare CSR opportunities, and potential funding areas.
- Identify companies with suitable CSR budgets and healthcare-focused CSR initiatives.
- Monitor CSR opportunities, tenders, RFPs, partnerships, and relevant funding programs.
- Build and continuously update a database of potential corporate donors and beneficiaries.
