About the Role

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter who is confident, energetic, target-driven, and passionate about recruitment. The person will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle for positions primarily across Sales and Business Development, from candidate sourcing and initial engagement to interview coordination, follow-ups, offer management, and ensuring candidates join successfully.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong verbal English, good interpersonal skills, and a high level of confidence in speaking with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, Business Development, and other corporate positions.
- Source relevant candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct cold calling and candidate outreach to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and role requirements.
- Clearly explain job roles, responsibilities, career opportunities, compensation, and other relevant details to candidates.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates after interviews and keep them engaged through every stage.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely movement of candidates through the hiring process.




- Coordinate the offer-to-joining process and actively engage with selected candidates to minimize dropouts.
- Ensure candidates remain interested and committed until their joining date.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
- Consistently achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates within timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and upcoming requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Fresher to 2 years of recruitment experience; candidates with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.
- Top-notch communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable with cold calling and speaking with candidates.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a performance-driven environment.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and candidates simultaneously.
- Valuable follow-up skills and strong ownership of assigned requirements.
- Familiarity with Naukri and LinkedIn is preferred.
- Ability to work from the office in Noida Sector 57.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
