Vendor Management

Coordinate with housekeeping, pantry, maintenance, security, and facility vendors.Monitor vendor service delivery against agreed service levels.Track service requests and ensure timely closure.Verify service records and support invoice processing.

Maintenance Coordination

Raise and track facility maintenance requests.Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities.Follow up on repairs and ensure completion within agreed timelines.Maintain maintenance logs and records.

Workplace Services

Support workstation allocation and office moves.Coordinate meeting room readiness and event setup requirements.Manage employee facility-related requests and escalations.Ensure workplace amenities are adequately maintained. Health, Safety &

- Compliance Support implementation of workplace health and safety standards.Coordinate fire drill activities and emergency preparedness initiatives.Assist during facility audits and compliance inspections.Maintain facility compliance documentation. Asset &
- Inventory Management Track office assets, consumables, and facility inventory.Support periodic asset verification exercises.Maintain inventory records and stock levels.Coordinate procurement requests related to facilities. Administration &
- Reporting Maintain facility reports, trackers, and MIS dashboards.Prepare periodic reports on service requests, maintenance activities, and operational metrics.Ensure documentation is updated and audit-ready.
