Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager on a contractual basis to manage and support VIP India's network, server, virtualization, and IT infrastructure. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise along with team leadership and vendor coordination experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor Cisco firewalls, routers, switches, VPN and network infrastructure.
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and WSUS.
- Manage VMware/XCP-ng virtualization, VM deployment, monitoring, patching and backups.
- Troubleshoot network, server, laptop and infrastructure issues.
- Manage Microsoft 365, user access, licensing and email-related issues.
- Support Linux-based applications, including Apache,



NGINX and Shell scripting.
- Monitor infrastructure using Zabbix/Nagios and perform preventive maintenance.
- Manage IT hardware/software assets and coordinate with external vendors.
- Guide and mentor infrastructure/support team members.
- Support SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and maintain required documentation/evidence.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software licenses, AMC and infrastructure services.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, with 24 years in a Lead/Managerial role(Preffered)
- Robust hands-on troubleshooting and infrastructure management experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates available for contractual engagement are preferred.
