Job Summary

We are looking for a Commis 1 – Continental to assist with food preparation and kitchen operations while maintaining quality, hygiene, and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare mise en place and continental dishes as per standard recipes.

- Assist the Chef de Partie during kitchen operations and service.

- Prepare sauces, soups, salads, pasta, vegetables, and basic continental dishes.

- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation standards.

- Follow FIFO, food safety, hygiene, and storage procedures.

- Keep the workstation and equipment clean and organized.

- Minimize food wastage and support smooth kitchen operations.

- Work effectively as part of the kitchen team.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in a Continental kitchen.

- Basic knowledge of continental cuisine and cooking techniques.

- Valuable knife skills and food-safety knowledge.

- Ability to work under pressure and in shifts.

- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
