Compensation / Rate: 350,000 ~ 420,000 Per Annum

Job Purpose:

Wama Technology is looking for a strategic, result-driven Content Writer & SEO Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the IT/Software services sector. The core purpose of this role is to create high-impact content across our website, LinkedIn, Instagram, and email channels to maximize organic reach, build brand authority, and generate business inquiries for our IT services and tech solutions. You will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to translate business goals and technical concepts into compelling, SEO-friendly content.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & LinkedIn Content (Mandatory Focus):

- Plan, write, and schedule daily high-reaching content for LinkedIn and Instagram.
- Craft diverse content types including client case studies, service highlights, personal founder stories, technical insights, and industry problem-solving posts.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule (5+ posts per week per channel/profile) engineered for maximum reach and engagement.
- Monitor engagement metrics and continuously refine content hooks to increase reach among target B2B clients.

2. Website Content, SEO & Blogging:

- Research, write, and publish long-form, SEO-optimized blogs and articles focused on IT services, custom software, MERN/Laravel architecture, AI integration, and enterprise tech.
- Create clear, persuasive landing page copy for various software development services and solution offerings.
- Perform keyword research and apply on-page SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings on Google.

Email Campaigns & Repurposing:

- Write engaging email campaigns, newsletters, and lead-generation copy aimed at prospective clients.
- Master content repurposing: convert 1 comprehensive blog or founder insight into multiple formats (e.g., short LinkedIn posts, email newsletters, carousel copy, and case studies).

4. Founder & Strategic Collaboration:

- Collaborate directly with the Founder and leadership team to brainstorm ideas, extract technical insights, and align content with overall company strategy.
- Stay updated on IT industry trends, AI technology advancements, and modern web frameworks to ensure content remains relevant and authoritative.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of full-time content writing experience specifically for IT companies, SaaS products, or software agencies (Mandatory).
- Core Understanding: Robust grasp of B2B digital marketing, SEO fundamentals, keyword placement, and social media algorithms (especially LinkedIn).
- Writing Versatility: Proficiency in multiple writing styles—technical, persuasive, storytelling, narrative, and case study formats.
- Language Skills: Flawless written and spoken English with exceptional grammar, vocabulary, and technical storytelling ability.
- Tools & Software: Familiarity with WordPress, MS Office, Google Analytics/Search Console, basic SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), and AI copy assistance tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Organic reach and engagement growth on LinkedIn and social channels.
- Increase in organic website traffic and Search Engine rankings for core service keywords.
- Click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates on email campaigns and landing pages.
- Number of inbound business inquiries generated via content touchpoints.
