- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Post and manage day-to-day activity on social media handles for all three accounts.
- Brief and coordinate with graphic designers to get posts/creatives made; review for quality and consistency before publishing.
- Draft promotional and campaign copy to support outreach and ad campaigns.
- Track basic engagement/performance metrics across all accounts and suggest content improvements.
- Ensure consistent tone and messaging appropriate to each account's audience.
- Report daily/weekly on updates to the reporting manager.
Requirements
- Strong written English (and Hindi, where relevant) with a valuable grasp of tone and style across formats.
- Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) and what makes content perform.
- Comfortable coordinating with designers and giving clear creative briefs/feedback.
- Ability to write across varied topics - educational content, industrial/product content, and technology/brand content.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts at once.
- Prior experience in content writing and social media handling is a plus.
