We're building a consumer health app — tracking, personal health records, and AI that turns a user's own data into daily guidance. We need someone to own everything it says.

This is not a content-calendar job. The content is part of the product.

About Dheer IT Services

We're an independent digital product studio in Jodhpur. We build web applications, mobile apps, AI integrations, Unity experiences, and the growth systems around them.

Clear steps. Fewer surprises. That's how we work with clients, and it's how we work with each other.

What you'll own

Social strategy

- Which platforms, which formats, which audience, and why. Instagram and YouTube first. You decide what we post and what we don't, and you can explain the reasoning without hiding behind "engagement".

Short-form video

- This is the bulk of the job. Hooks, scripts, series ideas, trends worth using and trends worth ignoring. You'll work with designers and editors to get them made — you don't have to shoot and cut everything yourself, but you do have to know what good looks like.

The calendar and the system

- A month of planned content, not a scramble every Monday. Style guide, approval flow, publishing cadence. Something that survives you being on leave.

Performance. What's working, what isn't, what we change next month. Reach and follows matter early; sign-ups matter more once the app is live. You'll be judged on the second one eventually, so build toward it.

Community

- Comments and DMs are where health audiences actually form. You'll set the tone for how we respond,

and know when a question needs a careful answer instead of a quick one.

Later — in-app content. Once the app is live, the content inside it becomes part of this role too: articles, guides, and explainers that reach users at the right moment. Worth knowing now, not something you'll touch on day one.

The accuracy bar

This is health content on social media, which is the hardest place to get it right. Forty seconds, no room for caveats, and a screenshot lives forever.

- Every health claim gets checked before it posts. You'll set up how that works — which doctors and dietitians we run things past, what needs their sign-off and what doesn't, and how we keep it quick enough to stay on schedule.
- We describe, we don't diagnose. Nothing we publish tells someone what condition she has or what to take for it. Knowing exactly where that line sits is part of the job.
- No engagement bait with health claims. The scary-hook, half-true format works, and we're not doing it. If a claim needs a caveat that won't fit in the video, the video changes.
- Sensitivity is a skill here. Our audience's health topics carry real stigma. Warm and honest, never clinical, never preachy, never guilt.

If that reads as a burden, this isn't your role.

If it reads as the engaging part, keep going.

What we're looking for

- 2+ years running social content — health, wellness, beauty, fitness, or consumer app
- Show us an account you grew. Numbers, timeframe, and what you actually changed to make it happen. This matters more than your CV.
- Short-form video is your main craft. You know why one hook works and another dies.
- A health background counts for a lot here. Nutrition, dietetics, public health, nursing, pharmacy, or similar. We have no clinical reviewer yet, so someone who can vet their own copy is worth more to us than someone who posts faster.
- You write well in English — clear, warm, no fluff
- Comfortable building a process from nothing, then holding people to it

Helps, not required: Hindi content. Working with creators and influencers. Basic editing (CapCut, Premiere). Paid social. Existing relationships with doctors, dietitians, or gynaecologists who freelance as reviewers.

Salary

3LPA to 6LPA To apply

Send to [email protected] with the subject Content Strategist — Social:

1. An account you've grown — link, numbers, and what you changed
2. Two or three pieces you're proud of, ideally health-related
3. A sample. Script a 45-second Reel explaining a common vitamin deficiency — what it is, why it matters, what to do next. Give us the hook, the script, and the on-screen text. Accurate, warm, no fear-mongering, no diagnosis.

We reply to everyone who does the sample.
