About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Content Creator / Video Editor with at least 2 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video production, editing, social media content, and current digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and creative video content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality short-form and long-form video content.
- Edit Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, corporate videos, product videos, and marketing content.
- Add transitions, effects, music, subtitles, animations, and other elements to make videos engaging.
- Develop creative concepts and content ideas based on brand requirements and target audiences.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop video campaigns.
- Ensure all content follows the company's branding and communication guidelines.
- Select suitable music, visuals, footage, and graphics for each project.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats suitable for various social media platforms.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver videos within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current social media trends, editing styles, formats, and viral content.
- Take feedback from the team and make revisions as required.

Required Skills
- 2+ years of professional experience in content creation, video editing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Experience with CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of video composition, storytelling,



transitions, color grading, sound editing, and typography.
- Ability to create engaging and trend-focused social media content.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is preferred.
- Good understanding of different video formats, aspect ratios, and social media requirements.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mass Communication, Film & Video Production, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant professional experience and a strong portfolio can be considered in place of formal qualifications.
