About The Role

Thinklab Digital Solutions is looking for a creative, confident, and trend-aware Content Creator to join our team in Vijayawada.

This role goes beyond traditional content writing. You’ll be involved in researching trending content, developing creative ideas, writing scripts, creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos, and being the face of video content when required.

You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to create content for different brands and industries.

If you enjoy Instagram Reels, short-form videos, storytelling, social media trends, and experimenting with new ideas, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

- Create engaging Instagram Reels and short-form video content.
- Research trending Reels, formats, sounds, topics, hooks, and content styles.
- Identify social media trends that can be adapted for different brands and industries.
- Develop creative content ideas based on brand objectives.
- Write scripts, hooks, captions, and video concepts.
- Be comfortable appearing as the face of videos when required.




- Present ideas and information naturally and confidently on camera.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop campaigns.
- Plan and maintain content calendars.
- Create educational, entertaining, promotional, and trend-based content.
- Assist with video shoots and coordinate content requirements.
- Monitor content performance and identify what works.
- Experiment with current content formats and creative approaches.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and other social media trends.
- Strong understanding of social media and short-form content.
- Good communication and storytelling skills.
- Comfortable speaking in front of a camera.
- Ability to write engaging scripts and hooks.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and understand social media trends quickly.
- Good command of English.
- Willingness to experiment with new content formats.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a creative team.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
