Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator to develop engaging and informative content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong storytelling skills, a good understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create content that attracts and engages the target audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other digital platforms.
- Develop ideas, scripts, captions, reels, short videos and promotional content.
- Research trending topics, formats, hashtags and social media trends.
- Create educational, promotional and brand-focused content for the EdTech audience.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Design and Video Editing teams.
- Write creative scripts for reels, videos, campaigns and advertisements.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content.




- Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on engagement and analytics.
- Participate in content planning, campaigns and social media calendars.
- Stay updated with emerging content trends, AI tools and digital marketing practices.
- Handle candidate queries and objections professionally while building trust and long-term relationships.
- Ensure timely submission of admission documents and fee completion.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout the admission journey.

Required Skill
- Excellent Hindi and English communication and writing skills.
- Strong creativity and storytelling ability.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms and current trends.
- Experience in creating Reels, Shorts and social media content.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools will be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong research and content ideation skills
