Job Overview

We are looking for a Content Creator with at least 1 year of relevant experience to help manage and create content for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other social media platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in shooting, editing, content planning and social media management.

Key Responsibilities

- Help create engaging Reels, YouTube videos, Shorts, property videos, photos and social media posts.
- Help develop current content ideas, concepts, hooks and basic scripts based on real estate projects and audience interests.
- Help plan and maintain the weekly/monthly content calendar.
- Handle video and photo shoots at the office, project sites and properties.
- Edit videos with suitable transitions, captions, music, voiceovers, graphics and effects.
- Manage and regularly update the company's Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and other social media accounts.
- Write basic captions, video descriptions and scripts for social media content.
- Stay updated with Instagram, YouTube and other social media trends.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Management teams for project-related content.
- Help track content performance, engagement and reach and suggest improvements.




- Repurpose existing content into Reels, Shorts, Stories and posts.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in content creation/social media.
- Hands-on experience in video shooting, video editing and photography.
- Experience managing Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
- Good understanding of content strategy, content planning and social media trends.
- Good creative thinking and ability to come up with fresh content ideas.
- Knowledge of editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Canva, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of camera handling, lighting, framing and audio.
- Good communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple content tasks and meet deadlines.
- Real estate content experience will be an advantage.
- Portfolio/showreel is preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred; candidates with up to 1 month notice period may also apply.
