Role Description The Content and Social Media Intern is a part-time remote role responsible for supporting content creation and online engagement. Day-to-day tasks include drafting and editing web content, assisting with social media posts and captions, and helping manage content calendars. The intern will conduct basic research to support articles and posts, monitor social media channels for trends and audience interactions, and suggest ideas to improve reach and engagement.

This role collaborates with the core team to maintain a consistent voice across platforms and align content with overall strategy.

The expected commitment is approximately 3–4 hours per day.

Qualifications

- Research topics related to economics, taxation, governance, public policy, society, technology, and current affairs.
- Write and edit SEO-friendly blog articles and supporting content.
- Conduct basic keyword and competitor research for upcoming articles.
- Help improve and update existing InsightfulDuo articles.
- Convert long-form articles into Instagram carousels, LinkedIn posts, Threads,



and short-form content ideas.
- Develop captions, hooks, headlines, and other social media copy.
- Schedule and publish content across relevant social media platforms.
- Monitor comments, engagement, and basic audience interactions.
- Track social media and website performance and identify what type of content performs best.
- Maintain and update the content calendar.
- Research trending topics and suggest new content opportunities.
- Collaborate with the founder to develop and execute the overall content strategy.
- Continuously experiment with different formats, hooks, topics, and distribution strategies to improve reach and engagement.
