- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior work at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams and other vendors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, specifications and timelines.
- Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
- Check measurements, dimensions and levels before and during execution.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager/Interior Designer regarding site requirements and progress.
- Manage and allocate labour according to project requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned work and maintain the project schedule.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the concerned team for quick resolution.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and records of materials and labour.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of materials at the site.
- Monitor wastage of materials and ensure productive utilization.
- Ensure that workers follow safety procedures and site regulations.
- Coordinate with the client during site visits and provide regular progress updates.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure rectification of defective or incomplete work.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and cleanliness at the project site.

Job SpecificationEducation:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management or a related field preferred.
- Candidates with relevant practical experience may also be considered.

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in interior fit-outs, commercial interiors, construction or related projects.
- Experience in office interiors/commercial fit-outs will be an advantage.

Technical Skills:





- Good understanding of interior execution and construction processes.
- Knowledge of false ceiling, flooring, partitions, carpentry, electrical and painting works.
- Ability to read and understand architectural/interior drawings.
- Basic knowledge of measurements and quantity estimation.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and basic reporting.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
