Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Commission Sales Associate at Beyond pixells.

The Commission Sales

Associate will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach through calls, messages, and online networking, and present Beyond pixells’ social media management services in a clear, compelling way. The role includes managing the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals on a commission basis. The individual will maintain relationships with existing clients, gather feedback, and collaborate with the creative and account management teams to ensure client expectations are aligned with service delivery.



Daily activities involve tracking leads and opportunities in a CRM or similar system, meeting sales targets, and staying current on social media trends and digital marketing practices to effectively position Beyond pixells’ offerings.

Qualifications

- Proven sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals, preferably in digital marketing or creative services.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities, with capacity to explain social media and content services in easy, value-focused terms.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook) and digital marketing concepts relevant to brand growth.
- Comfort working in a remote, commission-based environment, with self-motivation, time management, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Experience using CRM tools or sales tracking systems to manage pipelines and report on activities and results.
- Collaborative attitude and professionalism when working with internal teams and clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer-facing roles is highly beneficial.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in business, marketing, or related fields is an advantage.
