: Senior Google Analytics Specialist (Remote US EST Hours)

Role :

- Expertise in GA4, GTM (Web + Server-Side), BigQuery, SQL, and marketing analytics, along with the ability to collaborate directly with US-based stakeholders.
- Ability to operate as the primary analytics partner with US-based manufacturing MNC team for marketing, product, and leadership teams, delivering insights, building scalable tracking frameworks, and ensuring world-class data quality for decision making.

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end GA4 architecture, event taxonomy, and cross-domain tracking setup.
- Build and maintain advanced GTM configurations (client-side + server-side).
- Own the GA4 BigQuery data pipeline and write complex SQL for modeling and analysis.
- Develop multi-touch attribution models, funnel analyses, and marketing performance insights.
- Build automated dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for executive reporting.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, Consent Mode v2, and data governance best practices.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on data layer design for web and SPA frameworks.
- Mentor junior analysts and serve as the subject matter expert for analytics best practices.




- Work closely with US teams during US EST business hours.

Experience :

- 4-6 years of hands-on digital analytics experience.
- Expert-level proficiency in GA4, GTM (Web + Server-Side), and BigQuery SQL.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, DOM, and Data Layer architecture.
- Experience with eCommerce tracking, enhanced measurement, and SPA tracking (React/Angular).
- Strong knowledge of marketing analytics, attribution, and experimentation frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and align with US EST hours.

Preferred Skills (Highly Advantageous) :

- Experience with GCP, Cloud Functions, or cloud-based ETL workflows.
- Exposure to CDPs (Segment, Tealium, mParticle).
- Experience with server-side tracking for Meta, Google Ads, LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools (VWO, Optimizely).
- Knowledge of cookie compliance tools (OneTrust, Cookiebot).
- Python for data analysis or automation.

Critical Certifications (Preferred) :

- Google Analytics Certification (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager Certification
- Google Cloud Digital Leader / GCP Data Engineer Associate
- Looker Studio or Tableau Analyst Certification
- Adobe Analytics Business Practitioner (bonus)
