Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Client Relationship Manager role based in Gurugram.

The Client Relationship

Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, serve as the primary point of contact, and ensure timely resolution of inquiries and service requests. Daily responsibilities include understanding client insurance needs, coordinating policy proposals and renewals, facilitating claims support with internal teams, and monitoring service quality. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, preparing reports on account performance, and proactively identifying opportunities to improve coverage or optimize costs.

The Client Relationship

Manager will collaborate closely with sales, underwriting,



and operations teams to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences and support business growth.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship management skills, including stakeholder communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution.
- Proficiency in customer service and account management, with the ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of insurance products and basic risk management concepts; prior experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear presentations and client-facing documentation.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail in handling policies, records, and compliance-related tasks.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other business productivity tools.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering practical solutions for clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, insurance, or a related field; relevant qualified certifications in insurance are an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment and maintain a professional, ethical approach in all client interactions.
