The role will involve understanding IT hiring requirements, coordinating with internal recruitment teams, driving for closures, and ensuring high-quality client engagement. /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients.

/n

- Understand client hiring requirements, skill expectations, experience levels, budgets, and timelines.

/n

- Work closely with recruiters/sourcing teams to ensure timely and quality candidate submissions.

/n

- Follow up with clients on candidate feedback, interviews, selections, offers, and onboarding.

/n





- Conduct regular client connects and gather feedback on recruitment performance.

/n

- Track open positions, submissions, interviews, closures, and revenue targets.

/n

- Negotiate commercial terms, rate cards, contracts, and staffing requirements where applicable.

/n

- Maintain accurate client and recruitment activity reports in CRM/ATS, Excel sheets/G Drive, Client VMS.

/n /n Required Skills: /n /n

- Strong knowledge of IT recruitment/staffing and the technology hiring ecosystem.

/n

- Excellent client communication and relationship-management skills.

/n

- Experience working with MSPs/VMS platforms.

/n

- Solid negotiation, presentation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management skills.

/n

- Ability to work with delivery teams to meet client SLAs/TATs.
