Role Brief:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Manager Export Finance & Pricing to manage export accounting, pricing controls, SAP-based financial processes, and pricing master data management. The role will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and control over export pricing in SAP, strengthening financial processes, and supporting the business with effective pricing and accounting insights.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in SAP HANA, export accounting, export pricing, and manufacturing environments, preferably with significant exposure to export-oriented businesses

Key Responsibilities:

A. Export Accounting & Finance

- Manage end-to-end accounting activities related to export transactions.
- Ensure accurate accounting and financial reporting for export business.
- Monitor export-related receivables, payables, invoices, credit notes, and other financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting and commercial issues related to exports.

B. Export Pricing Control

- Own and control export pricing processes within the SAP platform.
- Ensure that approved export prices are accurately maintained and implemented in SAP.
- Monitor pricing transactions and identify discrepancies, deviations, or unauthorized changes.
- Coordinate with Sales, Commercial, Product, and Finance teams for pricing approvals and revisions.
- Establish appropriate controls and approval mechanisms for export pricing.

C. SAP HANA

- Manage and utilize SAP HANA for finance, accounting, pricing, and reporting activities.
- Ensure effective use of SAP for export accounting and pricing processes.
- Work with IT/SAP teams for system enhancements, process improvements, and resolution of functional issues.
- Support implementation and optimization of SAP-based finance and pricing processes.

D. Pricing Master Data Management





- Manage and maintain pricing master data in SAP.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updating of customer, product, market, currency, and pricing-related master data.
- Establish controls to prevent incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorized master data changes.
- Conduct periodic reviews and validation of pricing master data.
- Coordinate with relevant business functions for creation, modification, and approval of pricing master data.

E. Process Control & Compliance

- Develop and strengthen internal controls around export accounting and pricing.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Conduct periodic checks and reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Support internal and statutory audits by providing relevant documentation and information.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and financial controls.

F. Business & Stakeholder Management

- Work closely with Export Sales, Commercial, Supply Chain, IT, and Finance teams.
- Provide financial and pricing-related insights to management.
- Support management in analyzing export pricing, profitability, and commercial performance.
- Drive process improvements and automation in export finance and pricing operations.

Qualification

- CA with 6–7 years of relevant experience, OR
- Semi-qualified CA with 10–12 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with strong experience in manufacturing and export-oriented organizations will be preferred.

Required Experience & Skills

- Robust hands-on experience in SAP HANA.
- Strong experience in Export Accounting.
- Proven experience in Export Pricing and pricing controls in SAP.
- Experience in Pricing Master Data Management.
- Experience working in a manufacturing organization, preferably an export-oriented company.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes related to international business.
- Good understanding of ERP-based financial controls and processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
- High attention to detail and strong process orientation.
