As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) who can take ownership of our complete people function and build the HR ecosystem required for the next stage of growth.

About the Role

This is a high-ownership, senior leadership role and it goes far beyond HR policies and compliance.

We’re looking for someone who understands both people and business and can build strong teams, scalable HR systems, and a high-performance culture.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition will be a significant part of this role. You’ll work closely with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs, build talent pipelines, strengthen recruitment processes, and ensure we bring the right people into the organization.

You will be responsible for:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment — hiring strategy, senior hiring, workforce planning, talent pipelines and recruitment systems

HR Strategy & People Operations — building scalable HR frameworks and employee lifecycle processes

Performance Management — KRAs, KPIs, appraisals, feedback systems and performance improvement

Employee Relations & Culture — employee engagement, grievance handling, conflict resolution and workplace culture

Talent Management — retention, succession planning, career development and leadership pipelines

Organizational Development — team structures, workforce planning and organizational design





Leadership Development — partnering with managers and leadership to build stronger teams

HR Policies & Compliance — labour laws, statutory requirements and sound HR practices

People Analytics — using HR data and metrics to drive better people decisions

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a senior HR professional who has built, scaled, or significantly transformed HR functions — not someone who has only managed day-to-day HR operations.

You should have:

- 5–6+ years of progressive HR experience, with strong exposure to senior HR leadership responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Experience working directly with founders, CXOs, and senior leadership
- Proven experience in building HR policies, processes and scalable people frameworks
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee relations, retention and talent development
- Experience managing and mentoring HR/recruitment teams
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and employment practices
- Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with maturity, confidentiality and sound judgement
- Strong communication, negotiation, stakeholder-management and conflict-resolution skills
- Experience in a fast-growing, creative, digital, D2C, advertising, media, production, or startup environment will be highly preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology or a related field
