Role Description

We are looking for a Chemical Process Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in working across chemical processing, process engineering, production, plant operations, process optimization, utilities, and continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.

The Chemical Process Engineer will work closely with production, quality, maintenance, utilities, and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent plant operations while supporting improvements in yield, productivity, process stability, and resource utilization.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Petrochemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in process engineering, chemical manufacturing, production, plant operations, utilities, or process improvement can apply.
- Candidates from food processing, starch, agro-processing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, dairy, fermentation, distillery, petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, or other process industries are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of chemical engineering principles, unit operations, heat and mass transfer, fluid mechanics, and process systems.
- Knowledge of pumps, heat exchangers, evaporators, dryers, filtration systems, separators, reactors, centrifuges, or other process equipment will be an advantage.
- Understanding of process parameters, material balances, utility consumption, yield, and process efficiency will be preferred.
- Experience in process troubleshooting or production operations will be an advantage but is not mandatory for freshers.
- Ability to understand PFDs, P&IDs;, SOPs, process data, and technical documentation will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional plant teams.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in an in office manufacturing environment and rotational shifts, if required.
- Strong focus on process safety, quality, efficiency, continuous learning, and improvement.
