Role Description

We are looking for a Chemical Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in building experience in process engineering, production, manufacturing operations, quality, utilities, process optimization, and plant operations within a process-manufacturing setting.

The Chemical Engineer will work closely with production, process, maintenance, quality, utilities, and engineering teams to support safe, efficient, and consistent plant operations.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, Petrochemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.




- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in chemical engineering, process engineering, production, manufacturing, quality, utilities, or plant operations can apply.
- Candidates from food processing, starch, agro-processing, chemical, pharmaceutical, FMCG, fermentation, dairy, distillery, petrochemical, specialty chemicals, or other process industries are welcome.
- Basic to good understanding of chemical engineering principles, unit operations, mass and heat transfer, process equipment, and manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of pumps, heat exchangers, evaporators, dryers, reactors, separators, filtration systems, or other process equipment will be an advantage.
- Understanding of process parameters, material balances, utility consumption, and process optimization will be preferred.
- Experience in production or process troubleshooting will be an advantage but is not mandatory for freshers.
- Ability to understand PFDs, P&IDs;, SOPs, technical documentation, and process data will be an advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and observation skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional plant teams.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in an on-site manufacturing environment and rotational shifts, if required.
- Strong focus on process safety, quality, efficiency, continuous learning, and improvement.
