Role Description This is a full time, on-site Chartered Accountant (Stockholder and Audit) role based in Navi Mumbai. The role involves managing statutory and internal audits, overseeing stockholder records, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in line with applicable accounting standards and regulations.

The Chartered

Accountant will review financial statements, reconcile accounts, monitor cash flow, and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, assessing financial risks, and recommending process improvements to strengthen controls and compliance. The role also requires preparation of audit documentation, support for tax filings, and collaboration with management on strategic financial decisions.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) with strong knowledge of accounting standards, auditing principles, and corporate finance.
- Demonstrated experience in statutory and internal audits, including planning, execution,



documentation, and reporting of audit findings.
- Hands-on expertise in financial reporting, general ledger management, account reconciliations, and stockholder records maintenance.
- Proficiency with accounting and ERP software, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to analyze financial data for insights and risk identification.
- Familiarity with tax regulations, compliance requirements, and corporate governance practices relevant to consulting and safety-focused businesses.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills for coordinating with internal teams, clients, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Prior experience in consulting, safety, manufacturing, or related sectors is an advantage; knowledge of CSR-related financial reporting is beneficial.
