Job Responsibilities:

Work profile: Tax advisory (M&A; and restructuring, International tax, Business transaction)

Role:

- Carry out research and formulate conclusions on tax & regulatory topics, including but not limited to Income-tax, FEMA, GST, Companies Act, Stamp duty, etc.
- Drafting of suitable deliverables like a memo,



presentation, Excel workings in relation to assignments taken up by the firm.
- Managing the project and effectively coordinating with all stakeholders, including the team, client, professionals, and other subject matter experts.
- Track updates in the field of taxation, accountancy, legal, etc., and identify relevant updates for the firm and its clients.
- Assist in business development initiatives through financial research, tax research, drafting of proposals, meeting preparations, etc.
- Assist in internal administration of the Firm, such as execution of engagement letters, tracking billing and proposals, etc
