We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in financial reporting, statutory audits, taxation, and compliance. Prior exposure to listed companies and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review Restated Financial Statements (RFS) in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Handle financial reporting and ensure compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Conduct or assist in the statutory audit of listed companies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting, taxation, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review financial statements, schedules, and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants,
and other stakeholders during audits and financial reviews.
- Assist in resolving accounting, audit, and compliance-related matters.
- Keep updated with changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant post-qualification experience.
- Practical experience in preparing Restated Financial Statements (RFS).
- Experience in the audit of listed companies.
- Solid knowledge and practical application of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
- Good understanding of Direct Tax and Indirect Tax (GST).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
