We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and result-oriented Center Manager to lead day-to-day center operations and drive business performance.
? Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall day-to-day center operations
- Lead, supervise, and motivate center staff
- Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower
- Monitor sales performance and key business KPIs
- Handle inventory, center administration, and store presentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies and processes
- Resolve customer and operational issues promptly
- Prepare regular performance and operational reports
- Coordinate with Head Office, vendors, and internal teams
- Support local marketing, promotional activities, and business growth
- Maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment
? Candidate Profile
✅ Strong leadership & people-management skills
✅ Experience in retail/center operations
✅ Good communication & customer-handling skills
✅ Sales and business-performance orientation
✅ Basic financial & analytical skills
✅ Comfortable with MS Office, spreadsheets, POS/retail software
✅ Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, or related field preferred
✅ Experience in organized/multi-outlet retail is an advantage
✅ Willingness to work on-site in Navi Mumbai, including weekends/extended hours when required
