Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Cashier with 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in a retail, fashion, boutique, luxury retail, or similar environment.

The candidate will be responsible for handling daily billing and cash transactions, maintaining accurate payment records, managing POS operations, and ensuring smooth and professional checkout experiences for customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily cash, card, UPI, and other digital payment transactions.
- Process customer bills accurately through the POS/billing system.
- Issue invoices, receipts, and payment confirmations.
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales and transactions.
- Perform daily cash counting and reconciliation.
- Ensure the cash counter is maintained securely and systematically.
- Handle refunds, exchanges, and cancellations as per company policies.
- Verify payment details and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with the sales and store teams regarding billing and customer requirements.




- Prepare and submit daily cash and sales reports.
- Maintain proper documentation of transactions.
- Ensure all billing activities are completed accurately and on time.
- Assist in maintaining customer records where required.
- Handle customer queries related to billing and payments professionally.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
- Support the store team with other operational activities when required.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience as a Cashier, Billing Executive, or similar role.
- Previous experience in retail, boutique, fashion, luxury retail, jewellery, lifestyle, or premium stores is preferred.
- Good knowledge of POS/billing software.
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of cash, UPI, card, and digital payment processes.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Honest, responsible, punctual, and well-organized.
- Professional appearance and customer-friendly attitude.

Preferred Candidate Profile The ideal candidate should have strong cash-handling and billing experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a premium retail environment. Experience working with luxury fashion, boutique, or high-value customer transactions will be an added advantage. Pay: ₹10,345.94 - ₹15,734.83 per month
