? Working Days: Monday to Saturday – 6 days/week

⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

RiseUpp.com is looking for ambitious, energetic and target-driven professionals who enjoy speaking with people, understanding their career goals and helping them make the right education decisions.

This is a career counselling + inside sales role with monthly enrolment targets and high-volume learner interaction.

What You’ll Do

- Connect with prospective learners through calls, WhatsApp and online meetings
- Understand their education, experience, career goals and learning requirements
- Recommend suitable Online MBA, online degree, Executive Education and certification programmes
- Explain programme eligibility, curriculum, fees, career relevance and admission process
- Counsel learners and help them make informed enrolment decisions
- Follow up consistently with interested learners and convert qualified leads into enrolments
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and counselling information in CRM
- Achieve monthly counselling, conversion and revenue targets
- Build trust and long-term relationships with learners

Typical Daily Activity Expectations

This is an active inside-sales role. Candidates should be comfortable with:

- 100+ outbound call attempts per day
- 120+ minutes of learner talk time per day
- Regular WhatsApp and follow-up communication
- Maintaining CRM hygiene and scheduled follow-ups
- Working towards monthly enrolment and revenue targets

Quality of counselling and conversions remains as significant as activity levels.





Compensation

First 2 Months – Structured Training Period

- ₹20,000 per month
- Structured training in education counselling, programme knowledge, sales, objection handling, CRM and learner engagement

After Successful Completion of Training

- ₹3.3 LPA Fixed
- Performance Incentives: Up to ₹2 LPA
- Total Earning Potential: Up to ₹5.3 LPA

High performers will have opportunities for faster growth into Senior Career Counsellor, Team Lead and Learner Acquisition Manager roles.

Who Should Apply?

- Graduate in any discipline
- Freshers and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome
- Previous experience in EdTech, education counselling, admissions, inside sales, telesales or business development is an advantage
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking with learners throughout the day
- Good listening, questioning and relationship-building ability
- Confident in handling objections and follow-ups
- Target-oriented and motivated by performance incentives
- Comfortable using CRM and digital communication tools
- Willing to work onsite, Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM
