Role Description The Caller role at DT Digisol is a contract, on-site position based in Noida. In this role, the Caller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to generate leads, explain services, qualify prospects, and schedule follow-ups or appointments for the sales team. Daily tasks include maintaining call logs and records in the CRM, following calling scripts and guidelines, and providing accurate information about digital marketing and related services.

The Caller will collaborate closely with sales and marketing colleagues to support campaigns,



meet daily and weekly targets, and share feedback from conversations with potential clients. The role also involves handling basic queries, escalating complex issues when necessary, and maintaining a professional, client-focused communication style.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid communication, active listening, and clear spoken English and Hindi skills.
- Candidates should possess customer interaction, lead generation, and telecalling or BPO/call center experience.
- Candidates should possess basic computer, CRM usage, and data entry skills.
- Candidates should possess time management, target orientation, and the ability to handle high call volumes.
- Candidates should possess a customer-centric mindset, problem-solving ability, and professionalism in phone etiquette.
- Prior experience in sales support, telesales, or calling roles in digital marketing or related services is an advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work on-site in Noida and adapt to structured calling schedules and performance metrics.
