nnn Role Summary

nnWe are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy CA Industrial Trainee to join our Finance team.

nIn this role, you will be at the forefront of contemporary corporate finance—handling core accounting

noperations while actively finding ways to automate manual workflows. You will combine solid

ngeneral finance principles with AI, advanced Excel, and automation tools to make our financial

noperations leaner, faster, and more accurate.

nn Key Responsibilities

nn1. General Finance & Core Accounting

n• Assist with month-end and year-end financial close processes, ensuring accurate general

nledger (GL) entries and accounting treatment.

n• Prepare key financial statements, including the Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss (P&L;)

nstatements, and Cash Flow schedules.

n• Support statutory compliance, tax filings, and routine accounting operations.

n• Work closely with internal teams and external auditors to support audit readiness and

ndocumentation.

nn2. Finance Automation & Process Optimization

n• Identify manual, repetitive finance and accounting tasks (e.g., data entry, schedule

npreparation, invoice processing) and automate them.

n• Leverage AI tools, advanced Excel and automation software to build self-updating

nreconciliation models and reporting templates.

n• Partner with technology and finance leads to streamline data flow between accounting

nsoftware, databases, and operational systems.





n• Design and document standard automated workflows to optimize day-to-day financial

noperations.

nn3. Reconciliations & Internal Controls

n• Perform regular bank, vendor, customer, and intercompany reconciliations to identify

nand resolve financial discrepancies promptly.

n• Assist in evaluating, strengthening, and enforcing internal financial controls and

nStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

n• Ensure data security, integrity, and structured backup across financial tools and

naccounting databases.

nn Qualifications & Skills

nn• Educational Qualification: Passed both groups of CA Intermediate (ICAI).

nn• ICAI Eligibility: Eligible to commence CA Industrial Training as per ICAI guidelines.

nn• Automation & Tech Skills:

- Advanced expertise in MS Excel (Power Query, complex

nformulas, dashboarding).

- Strong interest in or hands-on experience with AI tools, low-code automation

ntools, or data processing.

n

- Exposure to ERP systems/accounting software.
n

nn• Core Finance Knowledge: Strong foundation in accounting concepts, internal controls,

nfinancial reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.

nn• Soft Skills:



Clear communication skills, logical reasoning, and the ability to explain

ntechnical or financial processes simply.

nn• Mindset: Proactive problem solver with a passion for eliminating manual effort through

nsmart technology.
