nnAbout the Role

nnAffluence Films Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to acquire brands, advertising agencies and corporate clients for our AI-powered advertising and creative production services.

nnThis is a fully remote position, and candidates can work from anywhere in India.

nnWe are looking for professionals with experience in Advertising Sales, Media Sales, Creative Agencies, Digital Marketing, Production Houses or Brand Partnerships who can directly connect with senior decision-makers and close high-value advertising projects.

nnKey Responsibilities

nn Identify and approach established brands, companies and advertising/media agencies across India.

nConnect with CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers, Founders and key decision-makers.

n Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, networking, referrals and existing industry relationships.

nPitch our AI-generated ad films, product commercials, branded content and creative campaigns.

n Understand client briefs, campaign objectives, budgets and requirements.

nCoordinate with the creative team to prepare concepts, proposals and commercial quotations.

n Conduct client presentations and meetings remotely.

nManage negotiations, follow-ups and deal closures.

n Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.

nDevelop long-term relationships with brands and agencies to generate repeat business.

n Achieve monthly revenue and client-acquisition targets.

nnIdeal Candidate

nn3–7 years of experience in Business Development, Advertising Sales, Media Sales, Brand Partnerships or B2B Sales.

n Previous experience with an advertising agency, creative agency,



digital marketing agency, media company or production house is preferred.

nExisting network with brands, CMOs, Marketing Heads, Brand Managers and advertising agencies is a major advantage.

n Strong communication, presentation, pitching and negotiation skills.

nProven track record of generating leads and independently closing B2B deals.

n Comfortable working remotely in a target-driven environment.

nExperience in Generative AI is not mandatory; our creative team will provide the required technical and production support.

nnCompensation, Incentives & Targets

nnFixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹80,000 per month, depending on experience, network and previous sales performance.

nnMonthly Revenue Target: ₹10–15 lakh in collected business after the initial ramp-up period.

nnPerformance Incentive:

nn 5% on collected business up to ₹10 lakh/month

n7% on collected business above ₹10 lakh/month

n 10% on collected business above ₹15 lakh/month

nIncentives will be linked to actual payments received from clients

n* No earning cap for high performers

nnCandidates with an exceptional track record, strong brand relationships and experience closing large advertising accounts may be considered for a higher compensation package.
