Business Analyst | Remote

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and help bridge the gap between business needs, data, and technology. The ideal candidate should be analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with different teams to understand requirements and identify opportunities for business improvement.

? About the Role

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders and internal teams to understand business requirements, analyze processes, identify challenges, and recommend practical solutions. You will also help convert business needs into clear requirements for technical and operational teams.

? Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Understand existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare clear documentation of business requirements and workflows.
- Work with technical and non-technical teams to define project requirements.
- Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and business summaries.
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and expected outcomes.
- Create process flows, use cases, and requirement documents when required.
- Monitor project and business performance against defined requirements.
- Identify potential risks, issues, and process inefficiencies.
- Support testing and validation of new systems, processes, or features.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.




- Follow up with teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Understanding of business processes and requirement gathering.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with both technical and business teams.
- Good documentation and presentation skills.
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting concepts.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
