Geetom Traders is a growing trading business focused on building reliable relationships with suppliers, customers, and business partners.

As we grow, we’re looking for someone who can work closely with the management and different teams, keep things moving, communicate with the right people, and help us improve the way we work.

This is a role for someone who likes taking responsibility, solving problems, following up on things, and getting work done .

What will you be doing?

As a Business Operations & Liaison, you’ll work across different parts of the business. Your day-to-day work may include:

- Coordinating with suppliers, customers, and other business partners.
- Working with our finance, sales, procurement, and operations teams.
- Understanding business requirements and helping convert them into actionable tasks.
- Following up on pending work, commitments, orders, and agreements.
- Preparing reports, business updates, and basic MIS.
- Helping management track important tasks and projects.
- Looking at business data and identifying areas that need improvement.
- Helping introduce and implement better processes within the organization.
- Coordinating meetings and making sure action points are followed through.
- Helping train team members whenever new processes or procedures are introduced.
- Bringing problems to the table along with practical solutions.

Who are we looking for? We’re looking for someone who is:




- Good at communicating and dealing with different kinds of people.
- Comfortable working with numbers, Excel/Google Sheets, and basic financial information.
- Analytical and able to understand problems rather than just report them.
- Organized and good at following up.
- Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities at the same time.
- Willing to take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do.
- Comfortable working directly with management and external partners.
- A good team player but also capable of working independently.

It would be a plus if you have:
- Experience in trading, procurement, logistics, supply chain, or business operations.
- Experience dealing with vendors or clients.
- Knowledge of GeM / government procurement .
- Good negotiation skills.
- Experience managing projects or coordinating teams.

Education & Experience A bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred. Prior experience in business operations, coordination, procurement, trading, or a similar role is an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also welcome to apply.

? Salary

₹10,00,000 CTC + Performance-Based Incentives The final compensation will depend on the candidate's experience and capabilities.
